		Who are we? Seneca Flight Operations is a division of Seneca Foods Corporation. We have been providing safe and reliable air transportation since 1956. We are the only F.B.O. (Fixed Based Operator) on premises, as well as, an F.A.A. (Federal Aviation Administration) certified Repair Station. We crew and maintain all of the aircraft we operate. Where are we? We are located directly in the center of New York State, based and operating at the Penn Yan–Yates County Airport in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region. What do we do? Seneca Flight Operations provides businesses with the many advantages of private air transportation. These services include: schedule flexibility, timeliness, and personal freedom. Further, the level of comfort and privacy cannot be matched by commercial airline service. We understand that business travel plans can change frequently and suddenly. However, because the schedule is entirely yours, your needs are always our highest priority. Why do business with us? Our fleet of aircraft represents the latest devlopments in navigation, weather, and de–icing systems. Essentially, our aircraft are all–weather capable, making on–time departures and arrivals certain in all but the most severe conditions. The aircraft themselves offer a range of travel choices, from short trips within the region to Trans–Atlantic flights. Our flight crews are highly trained and experienced, as is our maintenance staff. Senior flight and maintenance personnel have been with the company for over twenty – and in some cases thirty – years. Retention of institutional knowledge is important in an industry marked by frequent personnel transitions.
