Oriental Style Peas

  • 1 can (15 oz.) Blue Boy® Sweet Peas, drained
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts, drained

Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic powder. In large skillet stir–fry peas and onion in oil 3 to 5 minutes, or until hot. Add soy mixture and water chestnuts; cook and stir 1 minute. Makes 3–4 servings
