Vegetable Pasta Salad

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Stokely’s® Cut Green Beans, drained
  • 1 can (8 oz.) Sliced Carrots, drained
  • 1 can (8.75 oz.) Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
  • 6 ounces uncooked spiral pasta
  • 1 can (2.5 oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1 cup bottled low-calorie Italian dressing
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/3 cup diced red pepper

Prepare pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add pasta to vegetables and toss to coat. Chill up to 2 hours before serving. Makes 6 – 8 servings.
