Sausage, Bean & Red Cabbage Salad

  • 1 jar (16 oz.) Aunt Nellie’s® Sweet & Sour Red Cabbage
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Cut Wax Beans, drained
  • 6 cups (8 oz.) pre–washed torn mixed salad greens
  • 1–1/2 cup diced turkey smoked sausage
  • 1/2 cup prepared poppy seed dressing
  • Prepared croutons (optional)

Arrange salad greens on 4 serving plates. Drain cabbage. Arrange cabbage, beans and sausage over greens. Drizzle dressing over salad and sprinkle with croutons. Makes 4 servings.
