Golden Pumpkin Pie

  • 1 can (15 oz.) Festal® Golden Pie Pumpkin
  • 1–9" deep dish pie crust
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup granulated sugar or light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1 cup milk or evaporate milk

Prepare 1 pie crust. Combine eggs, sugar, salt, and spices and beat well. Blend in pumpkin. Add milk and beat well. Turn into pastry lined pie pan. Bake in a hot oven (450oF) for 10 minutes, then reduce heat and bake at 350oF for 40 to 45 minutes. Pie is done when knife, inserted in center, comes out clean.
